Thanks to the generosity of the Sunflower Foundation of Kansas, eight HINK-member rural health clinics recently completed a yearlong opportunity to learn collaboratively with guidance from the Farley Health Policy Center at the University of Colorado on the steps to successfully integrate behavioral health into the rural health care model.
With guidance from HealthTeamWorks, these clinics are now in the implementation phase.
